Nutrition and Cancer
It has been a topic of various debates that weather food impact cancer cells or not! In light of recent studies it has been proven that food can build immunity which is much needed for anyone who has been battling cancer. Unfortunately are doctors don't pay much attention to heal by nutrition because of obvious reasons. However, it's our responsibility to spread awareness on foods which help fight cancer and also promotes faster rehabilitation.
After surgery or chemotherapy our body gets hammered by the side effect of the medicines and we feel various ill effects of the treatment process. There are foods that can help to counter these side effects, I will really appreciate if you all could come up with some foods that can help.
Low energy levels can sabotage nearly every area of your life, including work productivity, sleep, and ability to manage stress levels. A healthy diet combined with good sleep, managing stress, and other lifestyle factors can help minimize fatigue, and create vibrant energy that keeps you healthy, happy, and productive.
Drink clean water. Eat your greens. Eat seeds and nuts. Eat dark coloured fruits and vegetables. Include herbs and spices in your diet. Drink green or herbal teas. Use multigrain flour for your dough. Use raw jaggery or coconut sugar. Go for homemade nut milk. Take your multivitamin and supplements. Avoid sugar and dairy. Avoid meat and alcohol.
